If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a refund.

Used or worn products will not be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing or using the product the first time, our return policy is void.

Please contact stating the reason why you are making a return. You will be provided with the correct return address then.

Unauthorized returns will be sent on your own risk as they can be misled and lost

Please enclose a message into the parcel with the following info:

Order or transaction ID
Your name and email address (must be same as in your watchesmeet.com Order No.)
Reason to return. If the reason is manufacturers or transportation defect please describe what exactly is wrong with returned item
Please insure your return package against loss in transit. The returned items must be properly packed as we are not responsible for damages during transportation.

Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or damage caused by misuse of returned item(s).

Returned item(s) is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.

Unless a refund is requested the returned item(s) will be replaced with the same one(s) or another available item(s) of your choice with the same or similar price.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items to us. We do not reimburse you for the original shipping charges. If you exchange the returned item(s) you WILL NOT be charged for repeated shipping when default shipping method is used.

Please write the Return Authorization number in the upper right-hand corner of the Return form enclosed with your purchase.
Write the return reason number in the "REASON RTN'D" column.
Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
Detach the right-hand portion of the pre-printed return address label. Remove the peel-off backing and affix this portion to the shipping box over the original shipping label.
Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend FedEx. We can also send you a return voucher for a pre-paid FedEx shipment. A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your return credit amount.
Check your e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

Return shipping is free for exchanges. We will send you a pre-paid FedEx voucher to return the purchase to us. We will also send your new order at no additional shipping cost.
